Contest Rules

• Our "TOP SMILES" of every month in 2009 will compete for the title of "GRAND SMILES" in December

• Beginning January 01, 2009 , You must read all the rules and agree to abide by them when submitting your entries on the entry page. By not agreeing on the entry page, your photograph will not be posted or accepted.

• You MUST use a DIFFERENT photo for each contest. This means you can not use the same photo for more than one contest. We will be keeping a monthly folder of entries to make sure they are not used more than once in the year 2009 If they are, we will NOT post your entry

• Pictures must be no more than 3 months old for children 0-23 months, no more than 6 months old for children 2-3 years, and no more than 1 year old for children 4-18 years old, unless entering a special theme contest where age doesn't matter 
  

• Only 10 entries in each division, unless otherwise stated.  

• Professional photographs will be accepted.

• Please send in pictures 200k or less and in JPG or JPEG format. 
  (I reserve the right to crop photos if needed)

• By clicking the box on the entry page, you are gauranteeing that you are related to the child you are entering. You must be blood related to the child...mom, dad, grandparent, aunt, uncle, brother, or sister 

• The following is the judging criteria our judges are looking for and their point values...

• First Impression...5-25 points
• Natural Beauty...5-25 points
• Creativity...5-25 points
• Quality of Photo...5-25 points
• Possible total score can be 100 points
